First open photo on your photoshop or lightroom mobile, then clean face using photoshop portraiture plugin. Then open camera raw in filter option then follow the steps in this video

How to used
Photoshop -
After download this presets open your photoshop cc then open your photo witch you want to edit then camera raw filter then click on ... dots (open more image) then open your preset download location then apply this presets on your photo through your PC OR Laptop

Lightroom -
After download this presets open your lightroom mobile then open your photo witch you want to edit then open this dng image in your lightroom copy all this setting again open your photo and pest the setting on your photo
